As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of the Regional Digital Strategy for Bosch Home Comfort in the South East Europe (SEE) region. You will drive digital marketing activities across key online platforms, ensuring measurable business impact, strong brand presence and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights.
You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, sales organizations and international stakeholders to develop, execute and optimize digital initiatives across multiple customer touchpoints.
Your tasks
► Drive and continuously improve the regional digital marketing strategy across the SEE region
► Plan, implement, monitor and optimize digital marketing activities across various channels, including Search, SEO, SEA, GEO and Social Media
► Analyze digital performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement and conversion
► Coordinate and track the performance of digital campaigns and digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional priorities
► Define and monitor SMART KPIs, performance metrics and reporting frameworks for digital activities
► Consult marketing and sales teams on performance tracking, data-driven decision making and digital best practices
► Identify opportunities to improve online customer journeys through testing, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
► Coordinate content-related digital activities and support the implementation of effective digital customer experience solutions
► Monitor market trends, platform developments, algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure state-of-the-art digital execution
► Evaluate and recommend digital tools, technologies and optimization approaches to strengthen Bosch Home Comfort's digital presence
► Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent digital standards and knowledge sharing across the organization
A profilod ► Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
► Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or digital platform management
► Proven experience in developing, implementing and evaluating online marketing strategies
► Strong expertise in SEO, SEA, GEO, Search Marketing, Social Media and digital campaign performance optimization
► Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
► Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Moz or similar platforms
► Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
► Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools (e.g. Optimizely or similar solutions)
► Strong understanding of digital customer experience principles, user behavior and e-commerce environments
► Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
► Ability to present complex topics in a clear and compelling way and influence decision-making through facts and insights
► Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
► Fluent English language skills
