Specialist in Staffing (Onboarding)

As a Specialist in Staffing , you will support onboarding and employee administration processes for locations within the scope of our regional HR Service Center. You will play an important role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining high-quality HR administration services.
Your tasks:
► Managing day-to-day onboarding activities, including employee data administration, medical check-ups, SAP maintenance, contract creation and document archiving
► Preparing and maintaining reports, statistics, presentations and HR-related documentation based on existing templates
► Ensuring documentation complies with company standards and local regulations
► Responding to requests from hiring managers, recruiters and other stakeholders
► Supporting a positive employee experience throughout the onboarding process
► Coordinating compensation package creation and approval processes with Payroll and HR stakeholders
► Ensuring compliance with HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures
► Supporting knowledge sharing and training activities within the team
A profilod ► Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
► 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration or employee-related processes is an advantage
► Strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills
► Ability to work independently and make decisions within established processes
► Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
► Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
► Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
► Hungarian language skills are an advantage
► Experience with SAP or other HR systems is an advantage
