Work scope includes:
- Conduct research and pre-development of innovative components for electrified vehicles.
- Domain CAE expert in at least two fields from Electromagnetic, Mechanical, Thermal, Fluid dynamic & NVH for eDrive.
- Contribution to research projects with innovative ideas from CAE perspective for performance improvement and optimized design.
- Work closely with corporate research hub in Renningen, Germany on project activities and competence development.
Main responsibility includes:
- Lead cross domain CAE analysis covering Electromagnetic, Mechanical, Thermal, Fluid dynamic & NVH for eDrive.
- Provide professional CAE analysis results and cutting-edge solutions to ensure research projects meet target goals.
- Pursue technology excellence by contributing brilliant ideas to new product concepts including patent filing.
- Support project activities to transfer deliverables to business units successfully.
您的个人资料 - PhD degree or Master degree with ≥ 5 years working experiences in discipline of Electrical engineering, Mechanical, Thermal or Fluid dynamic
- CAE simulation work experiences on new energy vehicle key components, e.g., electric motor, inverter, gearbox and integrated system, is a must.
- Good knowledge on electric powertrain and components are preferred
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written), German is a plus
- International education and experience is a plus
- Efficient, goal-oriented, structured working style, experienced in project work
- Strong documentation and writing skills
- Passionate for innovation
- Strong team player; open to work in an international environment
