We are seeking a highly skilled AUTOSAR Software Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge automotive software solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee human resource allocation, project cost control, and quality assurance for AUTOSAR-based projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE) and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resource Management
- Coordinate & consolidate project planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects) to execute AUTOSAR software projects.
- Optimize resource allocation, track team performance, and address skill gaps through training.
- Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Cost Management
- Develop and monitor budgets, identifying cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Analyze project risks (e.g., scope changes, technical delays) and mitigate impacts.
- Prepare project reports for senior management and clients.
- Project Quality Management
- Ensure on-time delivery and facilitate planning & retrospective events.
- Ensure quality of work products and facilitate change & defect management.
- Maintain configuration management systems.
- Oversee quality audits, defect tracking, and compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., CI/CD pipelines for AUTOSAR tools).
您的个人资料 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in AUTOSAR software development or project management (preference for automotive sector).
- Proficiency in DaVinci Configurator, RTA-CAR, Vector testing tools.
- Proficiency with project management tools, e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (certified PMP/PRINCE2 or AUTOSAR Professional Certification is a plus.)
- Be good at cross-functional communication and coordination.
- Be good at risk identification and control.
