Strategic Capability: Develop and implement systematic strategic cooperation plans; align partner development goals with the company’s overall strategy; and identify long-term strategic cooperation opportunities to support the overall XC-CN strategy and business development.
Commercial Capability: Analyze market and partner needs; promote commercial cooperation projects; and drive mutual value realization for both the company and partners.
Communication and Cooperation: Establish and maintain close communication with strategic partners; coordinate internal resources; and efficiently resolve cooperation-related issues.
Leading Team and Cross-Collaboration Partners: Lead cross-functional teams to advance cooperation projects; coordinate with internal departments and external partners; and ensure the smooth progress of all initiatives.
