你的任务
1. Experienced with commodities like mechanical, die-casting, machining, plastic, rubber, cable and so on
在商品类别如金属，压铸，机加工，塑料件，橡胶, 线束等领域有很好的知识能力。
2. As a representative in new project purchasing from concept design until SOP.
此岗位将作为项目采购管理的代表管理采购项目，从项目早期概念设计到量产
3. Lead project purchasing activities like RFQ, target cost, quality, deadline, samples, SAP data setup, until SOP.
在项目采购管理中承担比如询价（RFQ）, 目标价格的达成，质量管理，目标管理，样品制作，SAP系统建立， 直到量产。
4. Attend project meeting, track and report project purchasing status in review meeting, to make sure successfully launch.
5. 参加项目会议，跟踪和汇报项目的进度和状态, 确保项目顺利量产。
6. Work with Supplier Quality Engineer in quality controlling, samples validation, production pilot run until part release.
需要和供应商质量工程师（SQE）一起协调工作：控制质量，验证样品、安排试产、直到零件批准。
7. As a key interface with different stakeholders from project team to achieve target, as supplier mentor (commercial purchasing), supplier Quality Engineer, ENG and so on
作为一个项目团队里的角色能够和不同关系人协调达成目标，关系人如：商务采购，供应商质量工程师，设计工程师等。
8. Achieve cost saving projects (RPP=Ratio project planning), concept is same as VA/VE projects, continual cost improvement to make Bosch products more competitive.
达成成本节省项目（RPP）， VA/VE价值分析和价值工程，通过持续改进成本来使产品更有竞争力。
9. Support Logistics in case an emergency shortage, review supplier SSL3 (supplier service level) performance

10. Change management to make sure EC/CRs to be implemented correctly to avoid mishandling

11. Think and work creatively on focus topics based on purchasing strategy

12. Supplier partnership management to strength corporation and application of new technology.

您的个人资料 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Business or Engineering w/ 5 years above experience in field of Automotive or industry
本科学士学位或者以上，在电子，商务或者工程类专业，在工业或者汽车领域有5年以上经验；
2. Have fundamental experiences in field like Mechanical, Die casting plus machining, turning, plastics， rubber, cable, connector and so on.
在机构件, 如压铸 + 机加工，车削件，塑胶件，橡胶，线束等领域有广泛经验
3. Basic knowledge in purchasing management, supplier selection, RFQ, contracts, cost analysis, quality controlling, negotiation skills, risk mitigation, relationship management.
在采购管理领域有基本的知识能力，比如：供应商选择，报价，合同管理，成本分析，质量控制，谈判能力，风险控制，供应商管理管理。
4. Can work in the multinational company, adapt multi-culture and work in cross functional team
能胜任在跨国公司工作，适应不同文化环境，能够跨部门协调工作
5. Experience with ERP like SAP, or quick learner by using Bosch digitalization tools
熟悉ERP如SAP, 能够有应用博世数据化工具快速学习的能力
6. Good command in English reading, writing and speaking
