- Ensure the normal operation of responsible production process in CngP
- Focus on the process improvement for MAE
- Eliminate failures in the manufacturing processes via systematic approach.
- Analysis the root cause of quality incident related to MAE process, and lessons learnt sharing.
- New process development, application and release(PQG2/3/4), MAE localization supporting from process point view .
- Coordination and support of international process teams as lead plant function.

- Working experience with automotive industry is preferred.
- Mechanical, electrical, automation, material and knowledge for DC motor, knowledge for production process of DC motor, knowledge for assembly solutions.
