Development and application of new manufacturing or testing processes for new and already established products or processes. Collaboration in Simultaneous Engineering (SE) teams for new platform projects.负责新工艺的开发，与产品开发团队一起进行新平台开发。

1） 开发生产设备的工艺参数
Development of parameters during implementation of manufacturing processes.
2） 设计以及购买设备用于开发过程中的测试和试装
Design and procurement of process machines for experimental purposes.
3）  使用统计方法制定测试计划
Creation of test-plans using statistical methods.
4） 进行实验测试
Performing experiments.
5） 生产工艺和工艺流程的导入
Introduction of manufacturing processes and procedures.
6）  参与平台产品开发
Collaboration in SE-teams
7）  支持生产过程中的问题解决
Supporting series manufacturing
