FCM Engineer_DCCC

• Responsible for soft service of FCM including canteen management, gardening, cleaning, repairs, hot line, etc.
• Responsible for administrative management work of the FCM department includes developing and implementing departmental rules and regulations, optimizing processes, etc.
• Responsible for internal procurement and management of the FCM department, ensuring effective utilization of
resources and cost control.
• Coordinate the implementation of the FCM department, including project progress tracking, quality monitoring, and risk management.
• Establish and maintain communication channels within and outside the FCM department, coordinate cooperation between the department and other departments, and resolve cross departmental issues.
• Supervise the safety management and training of subcontractors in the FCM department to ensure compliance
with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in administrative management, engineering management, or related fields.
• Have more than 5 years of work experience in administrative management or related fields, especially in infrastructure or similar departments.
• Proficient in knowledge and skills related to administrative management, project management, and human resource management.
• Familiar with the use of office software.
• Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and team management abilities.
• Possess good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Proactive, possessing good teamwork spirit and innovative ability.
