- Process and Machinery Standardization
- Sort out and identify optimization opportunities from existing process and machinery formulate relevant standards to ensure the production process is standardized, efficient and controllable.
- Map and define main product and process streams, work with Product Engineering Department with SE approach. (DFMA)
- New Manufacturing Solution Development (work with MFC & CoC)
- Innovate and research new technical solutions for break pad production
- Organize verification prototype to execute technical feasibility study
- Execute and roll out the new technology to new generation production line & machinery
- AI solutions introduction
- Introducing AI solutions to improve productivity and quality management, such as AI vision systems for material identification, manual motion monitoring, inspection, ……
- Work with global R&D and IT teams to pilot emerging technologies (5G, AI vision, autonomous mobile robots).
- MES system execution with I4.0 Strategy
- Implement and specify Factory I4.0 Connection，Integrate manufacturing assets (PLCs, CNCs, Robots) with cloud/on-premise data platforms (MES).
- Lead the rollout of paperless manufacturing and real-time dashboards, deploy and maintain Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, digital twins).
您的个人资料 - Bachelor or above in industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, automation, being familiar with lean production.
- Experience of Industry 4.0 will be preferred, including Digital Twin, Internet of Things (IoT), Intelligent Scheduling, MES system application, etc., and able to research and adapt technical solutions according to the actual production of the workshop.
- Experience and skills of AI technology deploy will be preferred, Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Nodered, Machine learning, deep learning, Embedded Development, ROS, AOI
- English skills with fluent writing and speaking
- Strong self-learning ability
- Good communication and interpersonal
