1. Main maintenance KPIs of responsible machines

所负责设备的主要维护 KPI

• Regular review of malfunctions
• 定期审查设备故障。
• Leading problem-solving for key malfunctions, utilizing PLC software for deep-level fault diagnosis and program optimization.
• 主导关键故障的问题解决，利用 PLC 软件进行深层次故障诊断与程序优化。
• Preparation of KPI PDCA L3/L4
• 准备 KPI PDCA L3/L4 报告/材料。
• Activities for stabilizing machine performance and continuous improvements, including data-driven analysis and digitalization initiatives.
• 开展稳定设备性能和持续改进的活动，包括数据驱动分析和数字化倡议。

1. Spare parts preparation

备件准备

• Defining spare parts requirements
• 定义/明确备件需求。
• Tracking abnormal usage of spare parts
• 追踪备件的异常消耗。
• Developing alternative solutions when spare parts are not available
• 在备件不可用时，开发替代解决方案。
• Supporting spare parts localization projects
• 支持备件国产化/本地化项目。
• Organizing trial runs for repaired key spare parts

1. Maintenance competence development for responsible machines

所负责设备的维护能力建设

• Recording and analyzing equipment failure data to provide improvement recommendations (Exploring data patterns for predictive maintenance)
• 记录并分析设备故障数据，提供改进建议。（探索数据模式以实现预测性维护）
• Following the competence development plan
• 遵循/执行能力发展计划。
• Attending know-how exchange activities within IPN
• 参加 IPN（国际生产网络）内的技术诀窍/经验交流活动。
• Training and guiding other team members to enhance equipment maintenance skills (Promoting digital and intelligent maintenance awareness within the team)
• 培训和指导其他团队成员以提升设备维护技能。（在团队内推广数字化和智能化维护意识）

      4. Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and technical support.

          与供应商及内部团队通力合作，确保及时的设备维修与技术支持。

      5. Performing TPM activities from the maintenance perspective

          从维护角度执行 TPM（全员生产维护）活动

• Regularly reviewing and updating PM (Preventive Maintenance) items
• 定期审查并更新预防性维护（PM）项目。
• Summarizing key malfunctions (long breakdowns or repeated problems) via PSS, and defining standard reaction plans for identical problems (error search plans), preferably digitizing these plans into system-based decision trees.
• 通过 PSS（问题解决表）总结关键故障（长时间停机或重复性问题），并为同类问题定义标准响应计划（排错计划），优先将这些计划数字化为基于系统的决策树。
• Participating in TPM activities, playing a major role in TPM review meetings, and supporting the improvement of TPM maturity
• 参与 TPM 活动，在 TPM 评审会议中担当主要角色，助力提升 TPM 成熟度。

      6. Supporting the planning and release of new machines

          支持新设备的规划与释放

• Supporting the definition of technical specifications for new machines (Ensuring new machines meet interconnectivity and data acquisition standards for intelligent maintenance)支持制定新设备的技术规范。（确保新设备符合智能化维护的互联互通及数据采集标准）
• Reviewing and summarizing historical machine problems, equipment concept failures, and related improvements; evaluating potential MAE (Machine and Equipment) improvements审查并总结历史设备问题、设备概念设计缺陷及相关改进；评估设备潜在的改进空间。
• Executing MAE release and MAE A/B/C classification according to the standard checklist根据标准检查表执行设备释放及 MAE A/B/C 分级。
• Supporting MAE commissioning支持设备的调试与试运行。

      7. Technical preparation for machine overhauling

          设备大修的技术准备

• Preparing the evaluation checklist for machine overhauling准备设备大修评估检查表。
• Preparing the overhauling proposal准备大修方案/建议书。
• Coordinating the overhauling project协调大修项目。

      8. Contributing to cross-functional improvements, e.g., CO2 reduction, System CIP projects, Shop floor CIP projects, etc.

         致力于跨部门改进，例如：二氧化碳减排、系统持续改进（CIP）项目、车间级持续改进（CIP）项目等。        9. Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

Education学历

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 本科及以上学历。

Skills技能

• Strong fault analysis and resolution skills. Solid foundation and hands-on experience in PLC software for troubleshooting and logic optimization.
• 具备极强的故障分析与解决能力。在利用 PLC 软件进行排错与逻辑优化方面，拥有扎实的理论基础与丰富的实操经验。
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• 英语听说读写流利

Experience工作经验

• Three years+ maintenance working experience;
• 三年以上工作经验；
• Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
• 具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先；
• Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in  automotive industry will be a plus;
• 具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑；
