SoC Engineering Project Quality engineer (EPQ)_PS

Job Summary

As an EPQ, you need to involve in important activites of product development and project management, to identify quality risks and work together with the team to define and implement preventive measures until SOP at customer. Also need to work as Quality Gate review(QG) assessor and SW Release evaluation(RE) assessor to perform QG/RE in each project phase.

Responsible products are within CV part like SoC Software etc..

Roles and Responsibilities

• To participate important project activities and to identify potential quality risks and awear project team to define and take preventive measure in advance.
• Monitor quality related activites defined in project Quality Assurance Plan.
• Performing project QG / RE to make sure a non-risk release especially for customer. 
• Following up defined critical measures from QG and RE until closure.
• To participate in important project meeting like project Kick-off, Requirements review, Test spec review etc.
• Leading quality related process improvement to support the organization CIP on cost saving, more efficiency and better quality.
• Sharing the lesson learnt cross the team.
• Supporting to prepare Bosch Launch as well as Customer Launch.
• Supporting for problem solving in a structured way (8D).

Qualifications Requirement

1. Master in Computer Science, Software-Engineering, or Embedded SW relevant areas.
2. Good SoC Software skills
3. Good C programming skills
4. Preferred automotive background: Autosar development environment and tools; Good knowledge of ASPICE / CMMI quality standard; Good knowledge of Problem Solving and 8D method
5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
6. Passionate in developing and learning
7. Good English read and write skills
